The heart of our program and our signature class offering. This is the simplest way to be fit!
Each hour-long class will incorporate a combination of cardio, body-weight (simple gymnastics) and weight-lifting (kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, etc) movements.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our certified coaches will ensure you get a challenging workout tailored to your current ability level while staying safe.

Our clientele include adaptive athletes, surgeons, ballet dancers, firefighters, artists, and computer programmers.
They are non-athletes and athletes, and we have trained them to hike Mt. Kilimanjaro, get ready for weddings, come back from injury, lose weight, prepare for Spartan races, and just get toned.
